DTG Printing - How it works
Direct to Garment (DTG) T-Shirt printing or digital T-Shirt printing is the process of printing full-colour images onto garments. DTG can be used on light or dark colour garments. Using the latest printing technology and top quality DTG machines, we can print full-colour images onto a wide range of T-Shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and other clothing and merchandise.
Suitable Designs
DTG is versatile and really has no limits, ideally it's suited to full colour and photo printing and is perfect for printing fashion, promotional, merchandise, stag and hen do and sports teams clothing. Please feel free to get in touch and discuss your ideas.
Suitable Materials
Cotton / Nylon / Polyester
Suitable Quantities
There's no setup charge, no minimum order quantity. Unlike Screen Printing, which can include expensive setup fees, Direct To Garment (or DTG) printing is perfect for short runs of full-colour prints onto a wide range of clothing. We use Kornit Avalanche and Breeze machines the quality of the print from the Kornit machines is unmatched and the speed at which it prints means we can quickly turnaround large volumes. These printers offer the highest quality state of the art direct to garment (DTG) technology currently available.
Cost
Cost for DTG is dependent upon design and quantity with prices starting as little as £5.99. For a free no obligation quote, or if you're still unsure whether DTG is for you, feel free to contact us for more advice.

Embroidery Services - How it works
The garment is first framed up by hand to hold the fabric in place, before being fixed onto the embroidery machine. The design is then loaded onto the machine's computer from a digital file which we create from your artwork, allowing it to be stitched directly onto the garment.
Suitable Designs
Embroidery is suitable for most designs and logos which use block colours, i.e. those which do not have gradients or shading. Multicolour designs are fine.
Suitable Materials
Cotton / Nylon / Polyester
Suitable Quantities
Although there is no minimum order, embroidery is generally used for quantities of 10 units or above. This is because the set-up fees involved generally make transfer printing more cost effective for non-intricate designs of 10 units or less.
Cost
Embroidery costs are dependent upon size of design and quantity, set up fees vary and start from £19.99*, stitching prices starting as low as £4.00 per item. For a free no obligation quote, or if you're still unsure whether embroidery is for you, feel free to contact us for more advice.

Vinyl Printing - How it works
For non-intricate block colour designs, we use a computerized precision cutter. The small blade to cuts a design into a textile transfer film, otherwise known as vinyl, much in the same way a printer would print an outline to paper. Once cut the unneeded bits of vinyl are weeded out, leaving only the final design on the transfer backing. This is then applied to the garment using a heat press.
Suitable Designs
Vinyl printing is most suitable for non-intricate block colour designs, i.e. designs which do not have detailing under 2mm and do not have any gradients or shading in the design. We may be able to remove shading or intricate detail from your design at your request but if you require it to be unedited we will use heat seal transfers instead.
Suitable Materials
Cotton / Nylon / Polyester
Suitable Quantities
There is no minimum order, vinyl printing is generally suitable for quantities of 1-500 units. Generally there is no set up charge for artwork, however, this does depend on the quality of the files or artwork provided by the client.
Cost
Cost for vinyl printed clothing is dependent upon design and quantity with prices starting as little as £1.99. For a free no obligation quote, or if you're still unsure whether vinyl printing is for you, feel free to contact us for more advice.
